Account and registration

When you register on nono, you provide: email address, chosen username, password, mobile phone number (including country code), and full legal name as it appears on your government ID.

After account creation, you receive a verification email with a confirmation link. Click that link to activate your account. Once activated, you must complete KYC verification by uploading a government-issued ID (national card, passport, or driver's licence) and confirming your date of birth.

KYC approval typically takes one business day. Until approved, you cannot deposit or withdraw; you may browse the sportsbook and view nono's game offerings, but you cannot place any bets or make transactions. All information you provide is encrypted and stored securely.

To request deletion of your account and personal data, log into your nono account, navigate to Account Settings, and select "Request Account Closure." You will be asked to confirm your choice and provide a reason.

Before your account can be closed, your balance must be zero — meaning you must withdraw all funds or forfeit any remaining balance. Once your balance is cleared, your account closure request is processed.

nono offers in-app support messaging seven days a week. You can send messages at any time; our support team responds during business hours (typically Monday to Sunday, 08:00–23:00 Indonesian time).

Response times vary depending on the number of inquiries; most routine questions receive a reply within one business day. For urgent account security issues, email our dedicated support address found in your account settings.

Payments and transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, check your nono transaction history in your account dashboard. The transaction status will show "Pending," "Failed," or "Completed."

For failed deposits: The payment may have been declined by your bank or payment processor. Check your bank account to confirm no funds were withdrawn. If funds were deducted but nono did not receive them, contact your bank directly. If you believe nono is at fault, contact our support team with a screenshot of your bank receipt.

For failed withdrawals: Your withdrawal request may be under review due to verification checks. Check your email for any requests from nono for additional documentation. If a withdrawal exceeds normal processing windows, contact support. We do not process withdrawals during major holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek); these typically resume within one business day after the holiday ends.

nono periodically offers a cashback promotion to active users. Eligibility and cashback percentage depend on your activity level and account status. Check your Promotions tab in the nono app or website to see whether you qualify.

Cashback is calculated as a percentage of net losses (or in some cases, total turnover) during the promotion period. Winnings and losing bets both count toward the calculation. Cashback is credited to your account as bonus balance, which is subject to wagering requirements before you can withdraw it.

Game offerings and rules

nono offers a "Play for Free" or demo mode for selected slot games and some live-dealer table games. This allows you to familiarize yourself with game mechanics and user interface before wagering real money.

Demo mode uses virtual play money with no real value. Winnings or losses in demo mode do not affect your account balance. You do not need to deposit to access demo mode — simply open the game and choose "Play Free."
