nono Casino & Sportsbook Data Care
This page describes what we collect when you use nono and how we keep that data protected. We collect your email, phone number, legal name, and government ID details during account registration. We also log every transaction — deposits, withdrawals, forecasts, game sessions, and account changes. All this data is encrypted and stored securely.
We use your data for three purposes: to verify your identity and prevent fraud, to process payments and settle outcomes, and to comply with legal obligations like anti-money-laundering regulations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your details with anyone except payment processors, regulators, and law enforcement when legally required.
Your privacy is a responsibility we take seriously. This policy sets out exactly what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have to access or delete your data.
What Data We Collect on nono
We collect data in three categories when you use nono:
- Registration dataYour email address, phone number, legal name, date of birth, and government-issued ID details (national ID, passport, or driver's licence number). We require all this data for account verification and anti-money-laundering compliance.
- Payment dataWhen you deposit or withdraw, we record your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), transaction amount, date, and settlement status. We do not store your full card or account numbers — payment processors handle those directly.
- Activity dataEvery forecast on Liga 1, Piala AFF, or Champions League matches; every casino session; every slot spin. We also log your login times, IP address, and device type.
We collect this data automatically as you use nono. Some data you provide directly (email, ID); other data we capture through your interactions (logins, forecasts, withdrawals). You cannot use nono without providing registration and payment data — these are mandatory for account operation.
We on nono collect only what is necessary for account security, payment processing, and regulatory compliance — we do not collect browsing history, location data, or any information beyond what you provide or what your transactions generate.
How We Use Your Data on nono
We use your data for five primary purposes:
- Account verificationWe verify your identity using your ID document against your registration details. This prevents underage access and fraud.
- Payment processingWe use your payment method details to process deposits and withdrawals. Your payment processor sees your transaction details; nono does not store your full card or bank account number.
- Outcome settlementWe use your activity logs to settle sportsbook forecasts, live-casino outcomes, and slot-game results. Your ledger is always accessible so you can verify each transaction.
- Fraud preventionWe analyse your activity data to detect unusual patterns — for instance, multiple failed login attempts, or deposits followed by immediate large withdrawals. If we detect suspected fraud, we may freeze your account pending investigation.
- Legal complianceWe use your data to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, financial reporting, and law-enforcement requests.
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not build psychological profiles or predict your behaviour.
Third-Party Processors & Data Sharing
We share your data with third parties only when necessary:
- Payment processorsWhen you deposit or withdraw via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or your bank, that processor sees your payment details (name, amount, transaction ID). We do not control those processors' privacy practices; you should review their policies separately.
- Identity verification providersWe use third-party ID verification services to scan and authenticate your government ID. These services see your ID image and personal details; they are contractually bound to delete it after verification.
- Regulators and law enforcementIf a regulator or law-enforcement authority requests your data, we comply with legal process. We may share your account details, transaction history, and personal information when legally required.
We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. We do not share your data with other gaming or sportsbook operators.
- Payment processor
- Third party that processes your online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transactions; they see your payment details but not your account balance or game history.
- ID verification service
- Third party we contract to verify your government ID; they see your ID image temporarily and are contractually required to delete it after verification.
- Data processor
- Any third party we hire to store, analyse, or manage your data on our behalf; they must comply with our privacy standards.
- Legal authority
- Regulator or law-enforcement agency requesting your data under legal process; we comply when legally required and may not be able to notify you.
Data Security & Encryption
We protect your data using industry-standard encryption and secure storage practices. All data transmitted between your device and nono servers uses TLS 1.2+ encryption — the same standard used by banks. Your password is hashed using strong cryptographic algorithms; we never store it in plain text.
Data at rest — stored on our servers — is encrypted using AES-256. Our servers are hosted in secure data centres with restricted physical access, fire suppression, and backup power. We maintain access logs so we can detect any unauthorized employee access.
Despite our security measures, no system is completely immune to breach. If we detect unauthorized access to your data, we notify you and regulators as required by law. We do not store your full payment card or bank account number — payment processors handle those directly.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your data for different periods depending on the type:
- Account dataWe keep your name, ID details, email, and phone number for as long as your account is active, and for seven years after closure (for anti-money-laundering compliance).
- Transaction historyWe keep your complete transaction ledger indefinitely. You can access it anytime; it serves as your proof of deposits, withdrawals, and outcomes.
- Login and activity logsWe keep IP addresses, login times, and device information for one year for security and fraud-detection purposes.
- ID imagesWe keep your government ID scan for the duration of your account, plus seven years after closure, for regulatory compliance. You cannot request deletion of this data due to legal requirements.
When you request account closure, we do not immediately delete your data — we retain it as required by law. You can request deletion of non-mandatory data after the legal retention period expires.
